with do wellness to others so they would do wellness to you.Dis d way to reach happiness:

1.EMPHATY

plis commonly to ìmage if u be others.Try to undrstand how to be others,wat happen n wat feels.

2.AFFECTION
after u could undrstand to others so build ur willingness to help them as well as u can.Moreover little way ur help could make them more happiness.

3.HOW U WANT TO APPRECIATFD
at d time u image when u become others so u can imagine how they want to appreciated.

4.FRIENDLY
just show ur friendliness to others.

5.LISTEN
listen first wat other say to you.N give feedback ,Share ur idea after they finish.

6.POSITIF THINKING
face all of person hv each specialize.

7.STOP INSULT

dnt insult immediately cos uncertainly u could do as they do.

8.REMIND YOUR SELF
everyday u can use variety metods to remind ur self bout many ways dad make u more happiness.

9.START FROM OURSELF

if u want others to do somethng lets try first by ur self.
10.ATTENTION WHAT YOU FEEL

lets see d influence of ur act to others especially if u conditioned well,trust,appreciate n love.They certain be so happy.
